Just recently, we have become aware of a current issue with Facebook Messenger on iPhone. Lots of customers are complaining they can't see photos or videos, or are unable to receive or send them. If you try to view the media a message displays, "Media no longer available" HOW TO FIX: Simply just uninstall the Facebook Messenger app then re-install it through the App Store. Problem Solved!
